ಯೋಜನೆಯ ವೇಳಾಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯಲು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ
ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಬಲೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಅನೇಕ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಕುಟುಂಬದ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಯಜಮಾನಿಯ ಪಾತ್ರ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಯಜಮಾನಿಯು ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಬಲೀಕರಣಗೊಂಡಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಟುಂಬ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಯಜಮಾನಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ರೂ.2000/- ಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ “ಗೃಹಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಯೋಜನೆ”ಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕುಟುಂಬದಲ್ಲಿನ ಯಜಮಾನಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ರೂ.2000/- ಗಳನ್ನು (ಎರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ) ನೀಡುವ “ಗೃಹ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ” ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು 2023-24ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಮಮ ಇ 70 ಮಮ ಅ 2023, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ದಿನಾಂಕ: 6ನೇ ಜೂನ್ 2023 ರಂತೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ವಿವರವಾದ ರೂಪುರೇಷ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಗಳು
ಆಹಾರ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸರಬರಾಜು ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ವಿತರಿಸುವ ಅಂತ್ಯೋದಯ, ಬಿಪಿಎಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಎಪಿಎಲ್ ಪಡಿತರ ಚೀಟಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಯಜಮಾನಿ ಎಂದು ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಮಹಿಳೆಯು ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಅರ್ಹ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಒಂದೇ ಕುಟುಂಬದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಮಹಿಳೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳು 2023ರ ಜುಲೈ 15 ರಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು. ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೊಂಡ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 15 ರಂದು ಅವರ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ಹಣವನ್ನು ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ಸೇವಾ ಸಿಂಧು ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ.
ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಅಂಶಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತದನಂತರ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಪಡೆದಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ, ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರಿಂದ ವಸೂಲು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತಹವರ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಯ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆಧಾರ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಜೋಡಣೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವವರು ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಯಜಮಾನಿ ಅಥವಾ ಯಜಮಾನಿಯ ಪತಿ ಆದಾಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿದಾರರಾಗಿರಬಾರದು.
ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಯಜಮಾನಿ ಅಥವಾ ಯಜಮಾನಿಯ ಪತಿ ಜಿಎಸ್ ಟಿ ರಿಟರ್ನ್ಸ್ ಪಾವತಿದಾರರಾಗಿರಬಾರದು .

27 November 2019 Current Affairs: The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has launched the new version of the mAadhaar application, both for Android and iOS devices. The application aims to make the mAadhaar application more secure.

mAadhaar application:
♦ To avail the new version, the users should delete the previous version and install the new version immediately
♦ Third-party applications are not supported by the UIDAI
♦ Users can download Aadhaar card, offline eKYC, show or scan QR code, order a reprint, update address, verify Aadhaar, verify mail/email, retrieve Unique Identification Number (UID) or Enrolment Number (EID), request for Address Validation Letter
♦ They can also check the status of various online requests using the new version of the app

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has called for legalising and enactment of public credit registry (PCR) in India to overcome organisational and confidentiality constraints.

PCR is an extensive database of credit information accessible to all stakeholders to help banks distinguish between bad and good borrowers.

"It is desirable to have a special comprehensive legislation, overriding the prohibitions contained in all other legislations on sharing of information required for the PCR. Otherwise, all such legislations will have to be amended separately, providing an exemption for sharing of information with PCR," said RBI's Deputy Governor Viral Acharya in a speech.

The Lok Sabha on July 30, 2018 passed the Criminal Law (Amendment) Bill, 2018 that proposes to enhance punishment for r**e of a child. The Bill amends the Indian Penal Code (IPC), 1860 to increase the minimum punishment for r**e of women from seven years to ten years.

The Bill seeks to replace the Criminal Law (Amendment) Ordinance promulgated on April 21, 2018 following an outcry over the r**e and murder of a minor girl in Kathua in Jammu and Kashmir and the r**e of another woman at Unnao in Uttar Pradesh.
