We are seeking an experienced and motivated Agency Manager to join our team. The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our agency. managing a team of agents, and driving the success of our agency in achieving its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of agents to achieve sales targets and objectives
Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for agents to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales results, and other relevant metrics for management.
Budget Management: Manage the agency's budget effectively and ensure cost control.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
