He is an Indian playback singer from Hyderabad. He has given major hit songs in bollywood which include, Baarish, Banjaara, Phir Mohhabat, Hum Bewafa Hargiz Na They, Tu hi Tu from Bhai’s Kick and many more. He has worked with composers like A. R. Rahman, Ariijt Singh, Mithoon, Sajid Wajid, Pritam and many more. He received the best male singer debut award for track "Rehmat Zara".

Presenting to you, the most awaited announcement of Spark 2020, the winner of Upcoming Vocalist of the Year (Male), “ Mohammed Irfan ”.

Irfan caught the attention of veteran singer S. P. Balasubrahmanyam during a concert at a musical institute in Hyderabad. Balasubramaniam recommended him to A.R. Rahman, after which Rahman asked Irfan to provide background vocals for Raavan.Irfan recorded the song "Behene De" for the film alongside Karthik. Irfan performed "Phir Mohabbat" along with Arijit Singh.
