Sandeep Enterprises - How it Began

Sandeep Enterprises started of as a brick and mortar shop in 1986 catering to the needs of workshops, garages, government agencies and training institutes in and around Siliguri, providing them with a comprehensive range of tools, machinery, welding and measuring equipment and consumables. The motto of the business from its inception was to provide a one-stop solution for quality equipment at reasonable prices in Siliguri. This resulted in a paradigm shift wherein these customers started purchasing equipment locally, which would otherwise have been procured from larger cities with greater lead times.

Recognizing the potential of the market, the company was made an authorized distributor by Kulkarni Power Tools (erstwhile Kulkarni Black & Decker). A similar partnership with Taparia Tools followed by one with Elgi Equipments Ltd allowed the company to expand its portfolio. Since then, the company has further expanded its scope catering to customers across North Bengal, Sikkim, Bhutan and Nepal delivering reliable and trusted solutions to its clients. With over 30 years of experience, the company is a household name in the entire North Eastern Region and counts major construction companies, PSUs and Govt agencies amongst its clients. The company also worked closely with numerous hydel power projects in the region during the construction phase, and continues to do so today.

The company now boasts a vast portfolio of goods providing complete solutions to customers for garage and construction equipment. The company represents well-established brands, providing sales and service, for Air Compressors, Workshop Equipment, Welding Equipment and Accessories, Personal Protective Equipment, Power & Hand Tools, Pumps, Jacks and much more.
