Oh NO!!! Sunburn!!!😱😱😱 I was careless yesterday by walking with a friend on the beach. After few months of heavy rains it seems blessing. But you see what happened?!

The best solution is to mix coconut oil with Lavender and Peppermint oils and apply every two hours on your skin.

✅STOP HAIR FALL!

Mix together 20 drops of Rosemary dōTERRA oil and 50 ml of castor oil in a glass bottle.

1️⃣Before using place the bottle in a bowl with hot water to make your oil warm.
2️⃣ Apply on the roots of the hair all over the head with intensive massage movements.
3️⃣ Cover your head with the plastic and then with a towel and keep it for 1 hour.
4️⃣ Arter wash your hair with shampoo.
5️⃣ Repeat the procedure once in 5 days during 3 months.

🌞HOW DO I DAILY USE THE OILS?🌞

🍋 I brush my teeth with a Lemon oil to make them brighter and whiter

🌹 Rose and Frankincense mix I use for my face after I washed the face and wiped it. My skin loves it!

🍊 There are two favourite blends Citrus Bliss ans Citrus Bloom I use for my hair to get a wonderful aroma for entire day. Same blend I would use as a parfume as well.

🌿 When it's working day I will use Rosemary+Lemon in my diffuser to get nicely focused and concentrate on my aims.

💜 In the evening I would give gentle feet massage to myself with Lavander oil and put one drop of Serenity blend on my pillow to make my sleep relaxing and deep.
