The main leadership quality is Self motivation and motivating their subordinates. I like people who are self motivated and Iam sure they will rock the world one day. I would like to share few motivation lines.
The bend in the road is not a end of the road, Unless you fail was in turn.
Failure is not when you fall down, It’s only when you don’t get up again.
If you don’t aim at any thing you will never hit anything.
You never know what you can do till you try.
There is Island to the opportunity, In between there is many of difficulties.
Failures are stepping stones for success.
Good people are always respectable when they are talking too much they are spoiling their name & fame.
Forgetting good thing is not good. But we have to forget the bad things.
Patient, Hard work & Affection. These are the things for victory.
Listen to your enemies they are the first people finding your mistakes.
