❌❌Aleart❗❗❗😱😱Warning to Hotbit users☠️☠️
I am sharing my terrible experience with Hotbit exchange..under my portfolio following list of coins were traded for an sell order and Transferred the USDT with the customers actual authentication.. They moved my Money to the suspicious wallet..
UFO 2, 01,90,000, Raca 62900, GALA 1118,FTM 85,Positive 249.656,FARM 0.0.3420313.0033,ALBT 0.38,AUDIO 54, META HERO 2697.6 I am At the time of purchase, its Indian value is Rs 60,000, INR roughly around 750$
A proper exchange is their duty to address the customer's Problem and try to solve..
Instead Hotbit exchange is not responding or ready to help the customer insted they responds to the customer and I quote "that you try to find the holder of the wallet address and ask them for an refund"....
😡😡 What an response😖😖 completely shocked .. How far an customer can find the holder of an suspicious address and how can the customer gets their refund...
This exchange is incapable of tracing their own bugs and blots.&. irresponsible to the customer's.
So far for the above happened events I had a proper proof and evidence that my wallet has been stolen without my knowledge and my permission..
So it's my kind attention to the investors and retail traders not to invest in such a so called Scam Hotbit exchange..Try to move your portfolio to some other good and safety and customer friendly ecosystem..
Keep investing... But in a right place in a right time..

The g.mail in this came to me personally this is the position of Hotbit Exchage very very bad Exchage
