Should have Exposure of QMS like IATF16949 ,ISO14001 with skills in implementing effectively on shop floor.
Should be capable of Implementing kaizens and poke yoke, PPAP, 8D Analysis, SQC, FMEA, CAPA.
Should be capable of driving Quality systems and adherence to the entire team and should have excellent team building and leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibilities-
Responsible for conducting IQA(Internal quality audit) for IATF system to ensure the adherence level and highlighting to scope of improvements for production and supporting departments.
Responsible for maintaining Customer quality system and internal quality system.
Responsible for preparation and closing of preventive actions and corrective actions for customer complaint and concerns.
Responsible for implementing poke yoke and Kaizen for customer complaint and internal rejection.
Responsible for reducing internal rejection through QC story approach.
Responsible for PPAP submission (New products and Engineering revision products)
Responsible for the preparation of Cost of poor quality.
Responsible for technical datasheet approval for regular products/customer specific requirement.
Responsible for change management documentation and implementation.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor in Technology/Engineering with 10-15 years of experience in Quality , process and customer service
Strong leadership, management, and customer service skills.
Great analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
