Montagu's Harrier [Male] - Koonthankulam, Tirunelveli

My second encounter with this beautiful prey bird. Was happy to get a shot during the golden light hours. Never visited Koonthankulam to shoot prey birds but my last trip with Arvind and Vijay changed my prespective towards Koonthankulam. Such a beautiful place to shoot prey birds.

Bar-winged Flycatcher-shrike - Kothagiri, Tamilnadu.
My first time encounter with this tiny bird. Thanks to Aggal Sivalingam Sir for giving us an opportunity to photograph this bird. My trip got satisfied with the pic of this little bird.

Since it was taken early in the morning, I haven't changed the white balance much. Enjoy the pic in Full Screen.
