When Anckur Sama | CarzSpa Franchise (CarzSpa) set out to build his dream office for what would become one of the world’s largest car detailing studios, he wasn’t looking for vendors, he was looking for people he could trust.

Knowing what to do is important.
Having the right people to do it is essential.

At the recent CC Surat 3 Chapter Meeting, both sessions explored these two sides of building a successful business.

In the CC Spotlight, Chirag Patel , Co-founder of Stratefix Consulting , addressed a question many entrepreneurs ask, “Do I really need a management consultant?” Through the ideas of Trust, Value, and Need, he explained how the right guidance helps businesses make better decisions and move forward with confidence. He also shared StrateFix’s journey of working with 550+ clients across 75+ industries, backed by 130+ expert consultants.

The CC Hack Session by Siddharth Bhatnagar focused on hiring and retaining the right talent. Members learned how to look beyond resumes by understanding a candidate’s real experiences and why trust, recognition, support, and growth play a key role in retaining great people.

One session focused on decisions.
The other focused on people.

Together, they showed that strong businesses need both.

A first-of-its-kind evening.

For the first time, all five CC Surat chapters came together under one roof, making the All Chapter Meeting a celebration of entrepreneurship, collaboration, and shared learning.

One of the evening’s highlights was the CC Spotlight featuring Avinash, who shared his journey of building a luxury jewellery brand from Surat into a business with a growing presence across India and international markets. His journey reflected the power of consistency, customer trust, and long-term vision qualities that continue to shape enduring businesses.

Members also experienced an exclusive showcase of premium timepieces, celebrating exceptional craftsmanship and timeless design. The Tree Growth Hack session, led by Senior Director Siddharth Bhatnagar , offered a simple yet powerful reminder that sustainable growth begins with strong foundations and the courage to keep reaching higher.

More than the sessions, what made the evening special was the coming together of entrepreneurs from all five chapters, bringing diverse experiences, fresh perspectives, and new opportunities to learn from one another.
