Finishing the series with 4 other well known and oldest Irani Cafés

𝐁. 𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐖𝐀𝐍 & 𝐂𝐎.- One of the oldest and most famous Irani Cafe of all times. Usually known for its mawa cakes, the place opens at 4:30 am every morning and is flooded with people who want to get their hands on the freshly baked mava cakes. They usually sell out in 3-4 hours. You go there, don't leave without having Bun-Maska, Chai and the mava cake.
𝐉𝐈𝐌𝐌𝐘 𝐁𝐎𝐘: Situated near the Bombay Stock Exchange, famous for its Dhansak and the fish in white sauce.
𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐀𝐋 𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐑: Not many people are aware of this wonderful Irani cafe, situated near Citibank in Fort. If you go there, you have got to eat the Sali Par eedu and Sali Boti there.
𝐊𝐘𝐀𝐍𝐈 & 𝐂𝐎.: Last but not the least, Kyani is again one of the oldest Irani Cafés with that old world charm attached to it. Poro paav (Omelette served with fresh baked buns), Chai and Bun maska is a must have.

Peculiarly known as 'Chamno' among Parsis, this fish is widely used in all Parsi dishes with seafood. It's used in Macchi no Patio, Saans Ni Macchi, Macchi na Curry Chawal, and the most famous 'Patra Ni Macchi'. The list can go on and on!
In taste there is no other fish that compliments Parsi Bhonu, as much as a CHAMNO. This one is going in for a nice crisp 'Pomfret Fry'

Everyone's favourite and so quintessentially 'BAWA'; is this fresh POMFRET fish marinated with green chutney(made of coriander, chillies, roasted chana, dessicated coconut, cumin powder: with a hint of sugar and lemon.) This fish is covered with chutney and wrapped in Banana Leaves and steamed to perfection!

Very familiar in Parsi Households, this particular dish tastes the best with succulent mutton pieces. The sauce is made up of dessicated coconut, onions, cumin & garlic paste, tomatoes, spices with a hint of sugar and vinegar; served with yellow steamed rice🍗🫕🍅🥥🧄

Curry made out of whole spices, (made into a paste) dessicated coconut, nuts, tomatoes and roasted onions, served with steam rice.
One can also add egg, mutton, fish, prawn, lobster or crabs instead of the chicken. P. S. It tastes awesome with prawns and mutton.
