ality and commitment. With the Effluent Treatment plant installed in the unit, the Unit is a Zero Liquid Discharge unit, as wastewater generated during the process is being treated and reused. A windmill with a capacity of 2.1MW has been installed nearby Jamnagar (Gujarat) with the aim to use green power for recycling used PET bottles. Thus we have a lesser carbon footprint for recycling used PET bottles. Considering our responsibility for our planet and environment, we have certified our facility, recycling process, and products from various global certification agencies. Global Certificates indicates our commitment towards global manufacturing standards as well as quality products. We are a Global Recycled Standard (GRS) ver 3.0 certified since March 2016 which is an international, voluntary, full product standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices, and chemical restrictions. With the given best technology and wide collection network, JB Ecotex can help manufacturers and brand owners to reduce plastic footprints and enabling them to fulfill Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) in accordance with Plastic Waste Management rule 2016 and Plastic Waste Management 2018.

Independence Day does not really end on the 15th. The feeling lingers in the conversations, in the quiet moments, in the sense of something larger than the everyday that the day always seems to bring.

At J B Ecotex, we took a moment this Independence Day to appreciate exactly that. The freedom to build, to contribute, and to be part of an industry that is working toward something more responsible and more sustainable that is not something we take lightly.

Us: "Not for us. IV variation = processing inconsistency = failed audits."
Rejected.

Moisture higher than our spec arrived. Them: "Most suppliers accept this."
Us: "We're not most suppliers."
Rejected.

Material with elevated contamination came through. Supplier: "It's under market limits!"
Us: "Market limits ≠ our limits. We know what causes equipment issues."
Rejected.

Here, we could accept what everyone else accepts. Keep clients happy. Simplify operations but then your production line becomes unpredictable. Batches perform differently and quality suffers.

So we reject the stuff that most suppliers let slide. Yes, we're difficult to work with. On purpose because catching problems in the lab beats catching them on your production line.

Our washing process removes contaminants such as: Loose dust and dirt, labels and paper residues, stubborn adhesive contamination, oil, grease, and surface impurities

Some milestones change the scale of what is possible.

Today, we inaugurated the expansion of our B2B plant for food-grade B2B rPET resin with a traditional ceremony alongside our team.

The expansion adds 34,560 MT of processing capacity, taking our total installed capacity for food-grade B2B rPET resin to 56,160 MT per year.

Expanding a recycling facility is about much more than increasing output. It means building the systems, processes, and quality controls that allow every tonne to meet the same standards our partners and customers depend on. As our capacity grows, so does our responsibility to deliver with consistency, reliability, and care.

This milestone reflects our continued investment in building infrastructure that can process more post-consumer PET and contribute to a stronger circular economy.
