Successfully tested our communication system in the real world📡
We recently tested our communication system over a distance of approximately 2.1 km in Surat.
The receiver was placed on the terrace of a building, roughly 50–55 m above ground, using a monopole antenna. The transmitter was carried along the road to the other end of the link.
What made the test interesting was that this wasn't an open-field range test. The path had agricultural areas, roads, and several built-up sections, with buildings relatively close to the communication path.
Despite that, we were able to successfully receive the signal at ~2.1 km.
