Adikshaya Internation has been established with a separate legal identity in the city of Chennai(INDIA)& Dubai(UAE)to meet various objectives. 1. MANPOWER RECRUITMENT
We are specialized in placing Human Resources sourced out from various parts of India ,like sourcing, selecting and recruiting skills and staff to our wide network of employers house such as Heavy medium industrial houses, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil, Electromechanical, Medical, Paramedical, Marine, Marine Maintenance, Automobile, Transport, Taxies & Valet Parking, Hotels, Restaurants, Trading and Housekeeping. We are very glad to say that we have been successfully selecting and deploying too many workers in India and also overseas employment in various categories in Gulf and Middle East countries with our associated partners. We maintain one of the most comprehensive computerized data bank systems being updated very often by collecting the bio data’s through the countrywide advertisements in newspapers and other relevant medias from time to time, keep ready the candidates for various urgent requirements of our overseas clients. We also adopt the highly scientific selection methods of candidates by engaging the technocrats through written tests, attitude tests in safety measures and trade tests of their respective skills in front of the overseas employer. We also make grade of workers skills by their test results and reports. Our scope of selection will also cover in checking their original Passports validity, original documents and also their medical fitness before we accept their documents for visa process. The medical fitness check up will be undertaken only in GCC approved medical centers. The selected candidates are required to attend a comprehensive orientation programme and seminars on the matters of local social laws and order, labour laws culture and tradition of the employer country and their guidelines including the rules and regulations of their employment . We also assume the responsibility to indemnify the cost of repatriation of workers from the place of employment on account of any default on workers side during the probationary period of 3 months from the date of his employment in the country of employment by substituting another one when he is being found unfit for employment . Informing the salary to each category, accommodation and other facilities offered by the employer company. Undertaking to complete all formalities in processing the workers travel documents with or without the help of the overseas client. Organizing all air tickets in convenient carrier to board all the candidates in time as scheduled by our overseas clients. Our current directory of clients includes many prestigious companies to whom we have so far supplied our Indian workers through us as well by the arrangement through our principal associates.

Adikshaya International’s all employees undergo a training program for SAFETY POLICY. We use of all the site equipments , machineries & vehicles in strict accordance with Government and Health Department regulations and all other Government authorities. Our Staffs, Engineers, Technicians have completed In- House training in the use of all machineries, equipments, Tools & Vehicles, and are fully licensed with relevant authorities. Quality Procedures

Quality Assurance systems are being reviewed, up-dated and where necessary adapted to specific needs or requirements which consists of Contract Document Review Procurement of sub-contractors, procurement of materials. Furthermore, a systematic method is operated for inspection including a final inspection of the completed works with quality documentation ensuring that all the inspections and tests required in the work procedures and in the Projects Quality Plan have been completed satisfactorily. Steps are taken to control, calibrate and maintain the inspection, measuring the test equipment. Work which does not conform to specific requirements, is identified and segregated from the fabrication. Quality records are maintained to demonstrate the conformity of the product to the specification. Internal Quality audits are also conducted to ensure adherence to the company’s quality system. In addition to these precautions and procedures, Adikshaya is strongly committed to structured training system implemented to improve the skills of all the personnel.
