: A young entrepreneur from Tezpur is set to take his vision of global mobility and entrepreneurship to an international platform, with 25-year-old Tushar Tayal joining the Indian delegation at the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance (G20 YEA) Summit 2026 in Vienna, Austria, this September.
Tayal’s journey has been shaped by a belief that every journey begins with a story. For him, a visa is not merely a document but a gateway to opportunities for students, families, professionals and entrepreneurs looking to cross borders.
A journey built around global mobility
Tayal’s venture, Travelidea, started with travel and visa-related services and has since expanded into a broader vision of global mobility.
His aim is to help individuals and businesses navigate international opportunities, connect across borders and explore new markets.
“Every visa application has a story behind it,” Tayal says.
International exposure shaping a global outlook
Born and raised in Assam, Tayal’s outlook has been influenced by his international education and experiences. He studied at the SP Jain School of Global Management and spent time in Singapore, Dubai and Sydney.
His exposure to different cultures and business environments helped shape his understanding of international collaboration and entrepreneurship.
“When you have lived in different countries, you realise that borders are real politically and administratively, but human ambition is naturally global. Ideas don’t recognise borders. Neither does talent,” he says.
Despite his international exposure, Tayal chose to return to India and build his entrepreneurial journey from home.
Alongside his business, he has been involved with JCI Tezpur Rise East and JCI India, where he has taken on leadership responsibilities and interacted with young leaders from different backgrounds.
Why the G20 YEA Summit matters
The G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance Summit will bring together young entrepreneurs from across the G20 ecosystem to exchange ideas, discuss innovation and explore opportunities for international collaboration.
