What is a Structured Sales Process - So in a simple words - Journey of your client/customer through the Initial connect to the order placement and beyond.

As a sales organization, it is very important to know:
1. Who is my customer
2. Where is my Customer
3. Why will he buy from me when he has other options
4. How can I reach him, connect, communicate and convince him.

Your sales process should focus upon addressing all these and also defining who will take care of each stage.
