• Investigate customer complaints and NC issues.
• Promoting the promotion of awareness of customer requirement throughout the organization and all above personnel are responsible for.
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive activities
• Coordinate and support on site audits conducted by external providers.
• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor Risk Management activities.
• Responsible for QA document management systems.
• Assure ongoing compliance with quality.
• Reporting to top management on the performance of the food safety management system and any need for improvements.
• Compliance of HACCP & ISO 22000 documentation systems and procedure on day-to-day basis.
