This prestigious recognition was presented during the 44th Edition of the Aquaculture Exhibition 2026 & Panel Discussion at Bhimavaram - Andhra Pradesh India, acknowledging HiMedia's outstanding contributions, innovative leadership, and excellence in advancing diagnostic solutions for the aquaculture sector in India.

The award ceremony was held on 12 June 2026 at Sri Alluri Sriramaraju Kalyana Vedika, Hotel Falcons Nest. The award was graciously received by Dr. Girish Mahajan, Ph.D., FSAB, FMBSA, Sr. Vice President Microbiology, representing HiMedia Laboratories, presented by Smt. Dr. T. Suguna, Officer on Special Duty, A.P. We are pleased to share that ATCC Genome Portal (AGP) memberships are now available for purchase directly through HiMedia an authorised distributor of ATCC via standard purchase orders. This streamlined process makes it easier than ever for researchers and organizations to access this powerful genomic resource.

📌 What is the ATCC Genome Portal (AGP)?

The ATCC Genome Portal provides on-demand access to expertly curated genomic sequence data and valuable biological insights from ATCC’s extensive collection of microbial strains and cell lines. It serves as a trusted digital platform for accelerating research, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and supporting scientific innovation.

Previously, AGP memberships could only be purchased through the ATCC website or directly via the portal. With this new purchasing option, organizations can now conveniently include AGP memberships in their regular procurement process.
