Exp: minimum 3 years experience in luxury watches retail showroom.

Key responsibility:

1. Ensure to acknowledge, welcome & greet all customers in a warm and friendly manner / attitude.

2. Proactively identify when a customer needs help and adjust service style to suit the needs and requirements of each customer

3. Consistently consider the customer first in everything they do even when other tasks are being completed

4. Build strong and effective relationships with customers in order to deliver exceptional service (and develop an extensive loyal customer database)

5. Ensure customers receive exceptional customer service by telephone as well as within the store

6. Offer customers a choice of outfits and alternatives to suit the occasion / requirements (and drive add on sales)

7. Consistently drive and improve the Average Transaction Value (ATV), Item per Customer (IPC), Customer Conversion % (CC%)
