Basheer founded an organization called Mentor Hub with a perspective of educational empowerment with training & Development. As a part of it, currently developing an application called Mentor hubTransform lives, which gives an opportunity for students to choose the stream where they are really good and they can choose mentors of their choice. The stories of children are not been exchanged or communicated from time to time, which leads to wrong judgements and decision-making on behalf of children.
