Job Description
• Knowledge of maintenance processes for units such as: Heavy Oil Complex (CDU, VDU, SGP, LTU, KTU, DCU, and UGP).
o Hydro Processing Complex (HCU/DHT/HPU/PSA).
o Sulfur/Utilities Complex (SRU, TGTU, ARU, CRU, SSW, CSW, BFW, Steam Generation, Air, N2, CWT, WWTP).
o Offsite/Logistics Complex (Crude Receiving Terminal, Refinery Tankage, Product Dispatch, Coke and Sulfur Handling, Flare, Buildings).
• HSE and PPE Knowledge
• Familiar with techniques for ensuring data integrity with various integration of information/ reports
• Knowledge in estimating, budgeting and cost control.
• Capability to demonstrate safety compliance at work.
• Understands roles & responsibilities during emergencies.
• Analytical thinking, Quality focus, Teamwork and good work time utilization
• Result oriented.

Job Description
▪ Ensures SAP notifications (Work Orders) are closed after completion of the job.
Key interactions
Internal: Liaise with colleagues for day-to-day work External: Project Contractors, vendors, supliers

Minimum Qualifications for this position is Graduate/Diploma in mechanical
Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English (required)
Background and experience
Competencies and skills
• Relevant experience minimum of 8 years in Mechanical Static Equipment Maintenance in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Refineries sector and more than 4 year in similar role.
• Experience executing mechanical maintenance jobs such as: gasket replacement, valves or piping/spool sections removal/installation, blinding / de-blinding works, Bolts torquing & tightening, fl**ges alignment ,etc
• Installation of Gaskets, all type of fasterners and usage of mechanical tools such as spanners, impact and torque wrenchs, etc
• Experience in rigging & lifting equipments activities, use & installation of shackles, slings and chain blocks.
• Experiene operating manual or Hydraulic Fl**ge spreader, gasket cutter tools, punches, Chisels, fl**ges pullers, etc
• Knowledge about fl**ge management and gasket types.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes for the following refinery operations:
o Heavy Oil Complex Operation (CDU, VDU, SGP, LTU, KTU, DCU, and UGP)
o Hydro Processing Complex (HCU/ARU/SRU/SWS/DHT/HPU/PSA)
o Sulfur/Utilities Complex Operations (SRU, TGTU, ARU, CRU, SSW, CSW, BFW, Steam Generation, Air, N2, CWT, WWTP)
o Offsite/Logistics Complex Operations (Crude Receiving Terminal, Refinery Tankage, product Dispatch,
Coke and Sulfur Handling, Flare, Buildings)
• Broad understanding of relevant processes, plant and equipment regarding
Static equipment.
• Good knowledge in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and HSE plans.
• Familiar with techniques for ensuring data integrity with various integration
of information/ reports
• Knowledgeable in HSE plans, Risk assessments and PTW related to static
maintenance activities.
• Understanding of Process (P&IDs / PFDs) & Engineering drawings and OEM
manuals.

3-Facaility Manager
Employees who are specialized in Oil & Gas sectors in both Operation and Maintenance fields as well as doing ad hoc tasks related to HR.
4-PTW Cooridinator-Terminal operation
Diploma in Petrochemical or Oil / Gas or equivalent.
Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English (required), Arabic - Native (desirable)
At least 5 – 7 years’ years of operations experience with experience in Permit to Work implementation and control.
• Awareness of hydrocarbon production. electrical system hazard.
• Experienced in identifying the hazards, managing risks and
carrying out risk assessment.
• Good knowledge of relevant E&P operations, HSE requirements, Oil/Gas process & systems procedures and practices
5- Fl**ge Management Engineer
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 7 + years in Gulf, or pervious Oman Experience. Holding Gulf driving License will be added advantage
6-Overhead Line specialist
