We are thrilled to share the success of a transformative Workshop cm Training Program organized by Tea Board of India in collaboration with Xubaah. This initiative focused on empowering small tea growers with the knowledge and tools needed to enhance sustainable and quality tea production.

The training was conducted by a distinguished Professor from Assam Agricultural University, who provided in-depth guidance on modern cultivation techniques, pest management, and value addition. The session was insightful, interactive, and tailored to address the unique challenges faced by small growers.

As a major highlight of the event, tea machineries were distributed to support and mechanize the efforts of small growers, helping them improve productivity and reduce labor intensity.

This initiative marks a significant step towards innovation, self-reliance, and growth for the tea farming community. A big thank you to all who made this event a success. !!
