There's a clear difference between and mature business valuation perhaps the main reason for value Investors to digest recent Nykaa or Paytm into Indian stock market.

In case of startups you've to handle future projection based valuation which is highly uncertain on the other hand you're valuing a matured business based on previous financial data.
