In alignment with the directives from the Department of Fertilizers (DoF-GoI), S**C & Greenstar Fertilizers organized a large-scale farmer engagement program to broadcast the Post Budget Webinar on " Agriculture and Rural Transformation” held on 06.03.2026. The Hon'ble Prime Minister delivered the inaugural address to the farming community via virtual platform

a) Organized across Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samriddhi Kendras (PMKSK) in South India, including Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Puducherry and Maharashtra.
b) Organized across Non PMKSK located in the states of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Puducherry and Maharashtra through AV Van Squad Campaigns (Audio-Video Visual Van), Village Level Meetings, Shandy Campaigns, TV, laptops, mobile phone, WhatsApp groups

o Physical Attendance: Gathering at PMKSK centres to watch via television.
o Virtual Attendance: Joining via mobile phones, laptops, and computers through shared links.
• Mobilization: The company ensured high turnout by informing progressive farmers in advance and sharing links across dealer networks and farmer groups.

The Post-Budget Webinar on "Agriculture and Rural Transformation," held on March 6, 2026, serves as a strategic platform to convert the Union Budget 2026-27's financial allocations into actionable ground-level results.
Led by the Hon'ble Prime Minister's inaugural address, the session emphasizes a shift from traditional subsistence farming to high-value, technology-driven agriculture.
Key Objectives
The webinar was organized into eight thematic sessions focusing on four major pillars: Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, and Rural Livelihoods.
• Promoting High-Value Agriculture: Diversifying farm output by unlocking the potential of premium crops such as cashew, coconut, sandalwood, cocoa, and agarwood.
• Digital Integration (Bharat Vistaar): Implementing an AI-powered Digital Public Infrastructure to provide farmers with real-time, multilingual advisory services and risk-reduction tools.
• Scaling Allied Sectors: Encouraging private sector investment and entrepreneurship in the animal husbandry and dairy value chains.
• Fisheries Expansion: Developing 500 reservoirs and Amrit Sarovars for integrated fisheries, while strengthening coastal value chains.
• Women-Led Rural Economy: Expanding market access for products made by rural women through SHE-Marts (Self Help Entrepreneurs-Marketing Avenues for Rural Transformation).

5) Information on VVIP/VIP participation in the event:
The initiative saw a collaborative effort between S**C & Greenstar Fertilizers and local governance. By involving stakeholders such as the Department of Agriculture and Panchayat leadership, the PMKSK centers became hubs of community activity.
Agriculture Officers and local body representatives were present to support the event, further motivating farmers to engage with the government’s latest agricultural advancements.
