Posted β’ .in 2021 in a nutshell, what a year?π€ More than the blue-greys it held, I reflected on becoming more and more stronger. The strength gave me to finally get on the grind of starting my small online business to growing it bit by bit, set boundaries, detox from social media (timely) when and wherever needed, lift my mental health after a harrowing episode of anxiety, and finally say goodbye to fearing the camera(reels you see). What helped me grow as a person I never was are these minor changes. And trust me, all it needs is a push. I even didnβt expect to implement it in 2021. So I donβt believe in resolutions! I have valid reasons to prove the magic these things can do-
1. Journaling calms your mind; it silents your raging thoughts and makes you feel blessed for the PRESENT you have.
2. Manifestation is gold. I manifested grabbing a client of a niche every day. Two weeks later, I got one.
3. Toxicity in any way is harmful to the glorious life you may have. Be it someone pulling you down, be an account you donβt resonate with now. Say a sweet goodbye!
4. Social media break - You know when you need it, so take it. You come back glistening than ever, and it ensures to make a social presence as you want, not liable to.
5. 30-day challenges issue a corrective. A mini goal that might be too long for a yearly resolution could be taken as a 30-day challenge. I took one going gluten-free, dairy-free for 28 days, and came back with a better me.
If I prove my point right, you can implement a bright, blissful new year, new you!ππ
