BAPCL Participation in District Legal Services Camp

Bagma Agri Producer Company Limited (BAPCL) is honored to be invited by the District Legal Services Authority, Gomati District, to participate in the upcoming Legal Services Camp at Gangacherra H.S. School on 22nd March 2026.

This initiative, organized as per NALSA guidelines, aims to provide essential legal awareness and support services to the community. BAPCL will actively take part by setting up a stall and extending information on various assistance, schemes, and services for farmers and rural stakeholders.

We look forward to contributing towards awareness, empowerment, and development of the local community through this important programme.

🌾 Strengthening Farmer-to-Market Linkages 🌾

A successful marketing initiative of Sweet Potato, Mustard, Black Gram, and Rajma has been carried out by Feni Farmer Producer Company, Sabroom, with the support of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) and under the POPI guidance of Bagma Agri Producer Company Limited.

This initiative is a significant step towards strengthening the agricultural value chain and improving market access for farmers. Through collective marketing, farmers are able to receive better prices for their produce while promoting sustainable agricultural livelihoods in the region.

Such collaborations among Farmer Producer Companies, supported by NABARD and guided by BAPCL, are playing a vital role in empowering farmers, enhancing rural entrepreneurship, and building a stronger rural economy.

FPO to FPO Business Initiative
Deo Valley FPC Ltd has successfully supplied fresh ginger to Bagma Agri Producer Company limited (Agartala–Udaipur). This initiative is a step towards building strong FPO to FPO business linkages and expanding market opportunities for farmers.
The effort will also support farmers in quality ginger seed growing, helping increase production and improve farmer income.
We sincerely thank Growing Seed and NABARD – Tripura RO for their valuable guidance and continuous support in strengthening Farmer Producer Organizations.

🌾 Internship Programme on Agri-Entrepreneurship at BAPCL 🌾

Students from Netaji Subhash Mahavidyalaya recently visited Bagma Agri Producer Company Limited (BAPCL) as part of their internship programme to gain practical exposure to Agri-Entrepreneurship and Agri-Business Models for livelihood development.

During the internship, the students interacted with the team of BAPCL and learned about different aspects of Farmer Producer Company (FPC) operations, agricultural value chains, and innovative livelihood activities. They were introduced to practical business models related to oilseed cultivation, mustard oil processing, collective marketing, and rural enterprise development.

The programme aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world agricultural business practices, encouraging young students to explore opportunities in agribusiness, rural entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihood promotion.

Such initiatives help inspire the next generation to contribute to farmer empowerment, rural development, and strengthening the agricultural economy.
