We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our online store operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience and maximizing sales performance.
Salary:- 25000/- 40000/-. Depends on last CTC&Experience.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Product Management:* Upload, update, and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and company websites.
* *Inventory Management:* Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking, and prevent stockouts or overselling.
* *Order Processing:* Oversee order fulfillment, including coordination with logistics partners for timely delivery.
* *Customer Support:* Address customer queries, complaints, and reviews to maintain high satisfaction levels.
* *SEO and Marketing:* Work closely with the marketing team to optimize product visibility using SEO best practices and assist in executing email, social media, and PPC campaigns.
* *Market Research* : Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and industry standards to suggest new opportunities.
