Requird Field Associate (FA)

Salary – 22,000-30,000 per month
Location – All Districts of Manipur
Candidates must be knowing local language
Minimum Qualification - Bachelor's Degree

About the Role:
Field Associates (FAs) are part of project teams that looks after local intelligence and political
campaigns. They work with the central team, local volunteers and members of the political party
to execute political campaign strategy. They manage end-to-end ex*****on of campaigns,
coordinate with campaign teams, and manage stakeholder engagement at multiple Assembly
Constituencies.

Primary Tasks done by a FA include (and not limited to):
1. Identify & make contact with general & political influencers in the area
2. Create District / AC snapshot reports by conducting on-ground research and in-depth
interviews
3. Hire and manage college campus ambassadors
4. Identify potential candidates & relevant insights related to each political party
5. Identify specific locations for various campaign initiatives
6. Deal with party people for the ex*****on of political campaigns
7. Use digital media platforms to increase the reach of campaigns
8. Managing all on-ground logistics (viz, vendor selection, local promotion, collateral
printing, etc) for all campaign projects
9. Conducting Onground and telephonic Survey
10. Escalating Daily Updates with respective Zonal Heads

This role often requires evening and weekend work as well as extensive travel within
Assembly constituencies of the Lok Sabha. It would be ideal that the resource owns a
bike/conveyance as it would be a must for travel in Lok Sabha.

Desired Qualification & Experience
1. Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree
2. Fluency in Local Language, Manipuri and Basic understanding of English
3. Understanding of Local Culture, Demographics and Political scene
4. Good networking skills are a must
5. Should be able to use e-mails, basic excel (for data entry) and smartphones
6. Must have his own vehicle for travel within the district
7. Must possess a computer/laptop and a smartphone
8. Person should be dynamic and flexible in terms of his outlook towards work
9. Is able to write basic English (Preferable)
10. Is able to understand and speak English (Preferable)
11. The preferred age for FA is 25-30
