Define real-time KRA/KPIs and create Job Analysis & Assessment Reports (JAAR)
-Implement Performance Management Systems (PMS)
-Conduct competency mapping for the 4M framework (Man, Machine, Material, Method)
-Manage both white-collar and blue-collar workforce requirements
