It was an absolute honour to mentor and judge the young innovators at Mecia Hacks 2.0, and I was truly impressed by the brilliant projects on display. One standout project was the **treatment of greywater without electricity** – a groundbreaking solution with immense potential for sustainable living. 💧⚡

I extend my heartfelt thanks to the management of SVIT, Vasad Official and Dean Ramana Paladugula for the privilege of being part of this esteemed event. 🙏

👉 Dr. Dipen Shah and Dr. Mredula KP encouraged and shared their valuable guidance with the students. Kudos to their efforts and support to these young minds.

Other exciting projects that stole the show were the **Solar-Powered UAVs** and **Smart Dustbins** – showcasing the ingenuity and passion of the next generation of innovators! 🌞✈️🗑️

🎯Events like these are crucial for fostering creativity and helping young minds channel their ideas into impactful startups.

It’s a platform where innovation meets opportunity, and I firmly believe that educational institutions should organize more such events to nurture future leaders and entrepreneurs. 🧠💡

With proper planning, mentorship, and support from investors, these initiatives can pave the way for students to become self-reliant and future-ready. 💪

👉"Internal Failure," Quinn continued, "is the mischievous troublemaker that emerges when defects sneak into our creations before they reach the hands of our beloved customers.

🤗 Which material can help to preserve natural resources like wood, water and land?

🤜 I strongly believe that Compostable Plastics are the best alternative to SUP as it helps to preserve natural resources.

Isn't it ⁉

😊 However, some other materials are also good alternatives è.g. sugarcane bagasse and banana tree stem etc.

😊 These types of waste materials are used to manufacture some useful products as alternatives to SUP.

😎However, these products are mainly manufactured and available at the regional level.

🤔Meanwhile, you know that PE bags, one of the SUPs, has a huge consumption of approx. 5.0 TRILLION bags every year.

🙂And we are still struggling in manufacturing and supplying its best alternative i.e., compostable plastic bags.

🤐The main reasons are the lack of awareness about the right compostable raw materials, its manufacturing machines and the approval process from Govt. authorities.

😎A lot of confusion is being created among the people, aspirant entrepreneurs, existing manufacturers and suppliers.

👷‍♀️We need to work very hard to create the correct awareness about compostable plastic bags in the market and its consumers.👷‍♂️

🤗And to support this, one of my mentees has started manufacturing compostable bags in Andhra Pradesh and through this facility, he will be fulfilling the demand in his vicinity.

🤝We have supported and helped them in the selection of the right plant and machinery, raw materials, testing and trials with installation and selection of manpower etc.

🥇The result of this hard work has paid excellent results by delighting my mentee with a successful installation of precious compostable plastic bags.

🎯 I am sharing my 31 years of knowledge in starting new manufacturing units of packaging, compostable and plastics products from scratch to final products.
