I am extremely delighted to share with you all that I recently closed a recurring monthly deal of ₹35,000/- for social media management, Facebook ads management, & automation services along with my omnichannel chatbot tools second annual subscription for ₹12,000/- with one of the leading English language coaches in India.
(Coach brief:
He has around 2.5 lakhs subscribers on YouTube and now wanted to grow his Instagram account, which, according to him, was stagnant with around 8400 followers for a long time.
He had tried a lot of things on his own, and at the time of asking me for my services, was already working with another facebook ads consultant. )
So, I wanted to share this amazing case study on how exceptional customer service can take your business to newer heights.
The success seriously did not come overnight.
Its seeds were shown a few months back.
It was around January this year that I signed up this coaching client for my whatsapp marketing tool and services.
The coach was very mature, patient, and understanding.
He signed up with us in January 2024, but his whatsapp api with the verified facebook business was approved after almost 2 months.
The client had everything for KYC, but it was still getting rejected.
The client wanted to use it only after verification.
So obviously, the client was too nervous, but I kept on communicating with him and assured him that it would definitely be approved.
So, after around 6-7 attempts, it finally got approved.
I still remember the date it was 12th March 2024.
The client was very happy.
He completed the remaining payment, and we delivered all the automations as requested by him plus a few extras as a bonus.
Then, the client was continuously in touch and always asked for small queries and sought some help here and there, which we always were responding as best as we could.
Suddenly, one fine day in August, the client asked me, "Saumil, do you provide facebook ads and social media management services?"
I immediately said yes.
The client frankly said his current contract with a consultant is ending by month end, and he somehow trusted me more, so he wanted to work with me.
We met before the month end with our strategy as the client had requested the meeting soon with the strategy so that we can get started immediately if he liked our strategies.
The stakes were high.
And I along with my friend cm mentor Abhishek had prepared the presentation and had one thing in our minds that we have to give our best shot here.
Under any circumstances, we did not want any bad reviews after taking up the work, so we had clearly offered the client a 15-day free trial, which we had never done it before.
We were even ready to happily not continue after the 15 days trial if the client was not satisfied.
But as the coach was already my customer for my whatsapp automation tool, I was pretty sure if we could deliver some results in 15 days, he would definitely be paying us.
And guess what?..
We started working on the project from 1st September..
And by 7th September, the results started coming in.
The client was so happy that he made the payment on that day itself.
P.s. At the time of sharing this post we have helped our client gain 1000+ followers with our strategies and a combination of social media management, Facebook ads, whatsapp & Instagram automation.
