Skai Air Control Secures Landmark Order from Avaada for 6 GW Solar Cell Plant in Butibori, Nagpur, Expanding on 18 GW Solar Module Project Success
Nagpur, India – May 20, 2025 – Skai Air Control is thrilled to announce a significant new order from Avaada Group for their ambitious 6 GW Solar Cell Manufacturing facility in Butibori, Nagpur. This landmark project marks Skai Air Control's strategic expansion into the solar cell manufacturing segment, building on its extensive experience in the solar module sector, where the company has successfully executed and has under construction projects totaling approximately 18 GW over the last two years.
This expands Skai's footprint in the solar sector, building on their success in 18 GW of solar module projects executed/under construction in the last two years. The scope for the Avaada cell plant includes Cleanroom design & supply, complete HVAC, Partitioning, BMS, Electrical, and Lighting works, with VMS as the consultant. This order strengthens Skai's partnership with Avaada, which already includes a completed 1.5 GW module project in Dadri and an ongoing 5 GW module project in Butibori. Skai has a strong track record in solar module manufacturing.
