QUALIFICATIONS:

· 0-3years of work experience, preferably as a data entry operator, back office executive

· Graduate from any stream with good alphanumeric typing speed

· Good understanding and spoken English

· Very strong computer skills in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet/Intranet

· Typing speed greater than 30 wpm

· Ability to perform assigned work independently

· Strong oral & written communications skills with problem solving ability

· Knowledge of financial services and secured mortgage is an added advantage

· Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

· Ready to work night shifts and on Indian holidays. Separate allowance will be provided for night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Information Security Analyst:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Plan and carry out security measures to monitor and protect sensitive data and systems from infiltration and cyber-attacks.
• Develop set of security standards and best practices for the organization, and recommend security enhancements as needed.
• Develop strategies to respond to and recover from a security breach.
• Educating the workforce on information security through training and building awareness.
• Conduct regular and surprise VA and PT scans of network using professional and open source VA PT products.
• Constantly monitor the organization’s network and systems for security breaches and or intrusions.
• Investigate breaches and lead incident response to minimize impacts after a breach and conduct technical and forensic investigations. Create a report of the finding for the management.
• Disaster recovery planning, implementation and testing
• Work in a 24 x 7 environment with readiness to work different shifts at close notice.
Technical Skills:
• Experience in system administration supporting multi platforms
• Writing scripts
• Conduct computer forensics.
• Hands-on expertise on working with Sonicwall Firewalls in a multi routed environment.
• Expertise on implementation of encryption technologies like PGP, PKI, etc
• Direct experience working with Trend Micro AV, McAfee, Symantec End point protection, OSSEC, Content filtering, Log Analysis and correlation, log backups.
A bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science. Professional certification like ISO27001 LI and or CISSP is desirable. Minimum experience of 3 years with BPO/KPO or ITES firm is requirement.
