Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking and dedicated Helpers to support the FRP/Fiberglass Lamination team. The Helper will assist Laminators in preparing materials, handling tools and equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the fiberglass manufacturing process to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Material Preparation
Cut fiberglass mat, cloth, and reinforcement materials as per requirements.
Prepare fiberglass layers according to drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Arrange and organize materials before the lamination process.
2. Resin Preparation
Assist in preparing resin mixtures.
Mix resin, catalyst, and accelerator according to specified ratios.
Ensure proper handling and storage of resin materials.
3. Material Handling
Supply fiberglass materials, resin, rollers, brushes, and tools to the Laminator.
Transport molds, components, and production materials within the work area.
Load and unload materials safely.
4. Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean rollers, brushes, tools, and equipment after use.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area.
Dispose of waste materials according to company safety procedures.
5. Support During Lamination
Assist Laminators during fiberglass lay-up operations.
Hold and position fiberglass layers as instructed.
Help remove excess resin and air bubbles during the lamination process.
Support handling of large molds and structures.
6. Safety & Quality Compliance
Follow all company safety regulations and PPE requirements.
Report damaged tools, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors.
Assist in maintaining quality standards during production.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Minimum 8th Pass / 10th Pass preferred.
Experience
Freshers can apply.
Experience in FRP, fiberglass manufacturing, composites, fabrication, or industrial production will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
Basic understanding of industrial work environments.
Ability to handle materials and tools safely.
Physically fit and capable of manual work.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn fiberglass lamination processes.
Working Conditions
Manufacturing/Factory environment.
Standing, lifting, and moving materials during shifts.
Use of safety equipment and protective gear as required.
