A significant milestone for INOXCVA as we officially flagged off the final five of ten 1,500 m³ LNG storage tanks for the Mini LNG Terminal Project in Nassau, Bahamas.

We were delighted to welcome key representatives from the Bahamas to mark this important milestone, including: Anthony Ferguson – Advisory Board Member, Island Power Producer Bahamas; President & Founder, Levant Advisors; Chairman & President, Colina Financial Advisors Ltd. (CFAL); Board Member, Domicile LNG Bahamas and Onyx Global Shipping; Former Bahamas Ambassador to New Zealand, Erold Farquharson – CEO, Island Power Producer Bahamas; CEO, EA Energy Bahamas.

The tanks will form the backbone of IPP Bahamas’ Mini LNG Terminal and power generation infrastructure, supporting LNG supply to the Nassau Cruise Terminal and establishing a central distribution hub for the sister islands.

India’s First LNG-Powered Train Takes to the Tracks — Powered by INOXCVA

Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah flagged off India’s first LNG-powered train from Sabarmati, Gujarat, marking a significant milestone in India’s journey towards alternative-fuel mobility.

The LNG-diesel dual-fuel DEMU passenger train features two 1,400 HP Driving Power Cars equipped with INOXCVA’s 2,200-litre LNG fuel tanks and control systems. Following 2,000+ km of successful field trials, the train commenced its inaugural journey from Sabarmati to Mahesana Junction on 27 September 2026.

With the capability to substitute up to 40% of diesel with LNG, the technology can help reduce diesel consumption, CO₂ and NOx emissions, while supporting more fuel-efficient rail operations.

INOXCVA is proud to put indigenous cryogenic engineering on track, enabling India’s transition towards cleaner alternative fuels and helping shape the future of sustainable rail mobility.

INOXCVA has successfully flagged off three space-grade fluid handling systems—the RP1 High-Pressure Kerosene Storage Skid (HPSS), Low-Pressure Run Tank (LPRT), and Igniter Fluid Skid—developed for EtherealX’s semi-cryogenic rocket programme.

The systems were flagged off by Deepak Acharya, CEO, INOXCVA, and Shubhayu Sardar, Co-founder & COO, EtherealX, from our Kalol facility to EtherealX’s Tirupati site, following the successful completion of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

Engineered for demanding space applications, the RP1 High-Pressure Kerosene Storage Skid incorporates ultra-clean, heavy-walled piping networks engineered to deliver high-pressure fuel at precise flow rates while maintaining stringent cleanliness requirements essential for propulsion systems.
Low-pressure run tanks are specialised space vessels that store and supply propellant or pressurant at controlled, relatively low pressures—supporting feed systems and auxiliary propulsion.
The Igniter Fluid Skid is designed to deliver high mechanical precision and rapid fluid response for critical propulsion-system operations.

Together, these systems demonstrate INOXCVA’s expertise in precision fluid handling and engineered solutions for critical space and propulsion applications, supporting the development of next-generation launch vehicle technologies.
