• Undertaking Special Compliance by specific company / corporate house on
behalf of the client banks / financial institutions.
• Vetting of legal documents
• Drafting of specific Mortgage Documents
• Certification and opinion on specific query from client banks / financial
institutions.
• Preparation of BIFR Scheme for sick / potentially sick companies and follows
up with Operating Agency appointed by B I F R.
