दिनांक 16.04.2026 से 18.04.2026 तक लोकसभा में बजट सत्र की विशेष बैठक हेतु ‘नारी शक्ति वंदन’ कार्यक्रमों के आयोजन के संबंध में।

डॉ. ए.पी.जे. अब्दुल कलाम तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय, लखनऊ से संबद्ध राजर्षि स्कूल ऑफ मैनेजमेंट एंड टेक्नोलॉजी में दिनांक 14.04.2026 से 18.04.2026 तक ‘नारी शक्ति वंदन’ के दृष्टिगत निम्नलिखित कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए गए। कार्यक्रम का शीर्षक “नारी शक्ति वंदन – सशक्तिकरण की ओर” रखा गया।

इस आयोजन में संस्थान की प्रमुख महिला शिक्षिकाओं – डॉ. गरिमा आनंद, डॉ. प्रीति सिंह, डॉ. प्रीति नायर, डॉ. विनीता कालरा, श्रीमती रामेश्वरी सोनकर एवं श्रीमती प्रीति मिश्रा के नेतृत्व में बीबीए, बीसीए, एमबीए, एमसीए की 295 छात्राओं ने सक्रिय भाग लिया।

1. निर्देशानुसार आयोजित गतिविधियाँ:

2.1 सजीव प्रसारण प्रदर्शन: लोकसभा में ‘नारी शक्ति वंदन’ विधेयक पारित होने का सजीव प्रसारण परिसर में प्रदर्शित किया गया।

2.2 चर्चा एवं जागरूकता सत्र: अधिनियम के महत्व पर सेमिनार आयोजित किया गया।

2.3 महिला नेतृत्व: G-20 के विजन ‘महिलाओं के नेतृत्व में विकास’ पर परिचर्चा हुई।

2.4 कौशल एवं नवाचार: STEM क्षेत्र में अनुसंधान हेतु विशेष कार्यशाला आयोजित की गई।

2.5 ज़ोन एवं वोकेशनल ट्रेनिंग: आधुनिक कृषि एवं तकनीकी कौशल पर सत्र लिया गया।

2.6 सामाजिक न्याय एवं संवेदनशीलता: संविधान एवं अधिकार विषय पर विशेषज्ञ व्याख्यान हुआ।

2.7 महिला सुरक्षा: भारतीय न्याय संहिता एवं ई-एफआईआर पर जागरूकता फैलाई गई।

2.9 साइकिल रैली: छात्राओं ने साइकिल रैली में भाग लिया।

2.10 पदयात्रा: 3 कि.मी. की पदयात्रा का आयोजन किया गया।

2.11 नुक्कड़ नाटक: नारी सशक्तिकरण पर नुक्कड़ नाटक प्रस्तुत किया गया।

2.12 वाद-विवाद/संवाद/सेमिनार: इन कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन भी किया गया।

1. विशेष गतिविधियाँ (पोस्टर एवं हस्ताक्षर अभियान):

परिसर में एक विशेष पोस्टर बनाया गया, जिस पर “नारी शक्ति वंदन – सम्मान एवं सशक्तिकरण” का नारा लिखा गया। सभी छात्राओं एवं संकाय सदस्यों ने पोस्टर पर हस्ताक्षर कर अपना समर्थन दिया।

1. उपस्थित अन्य संकाय एवं कर्मचारी:

कार्यक्रम में अन्य पुरुष संकाय सदस्य एवं निदेशक भी उपस्थित थे। साथ ही श्री याकूब अंसारी, श्री अशोक सेठ, श्री मनोज प्रजापति तथा अन्य संकाय एवं कर्मचारियों ने सहयोग प्रदान किया।

1. धन्यवाद ज्ञापन एवं समापन:

कार्यक्रम के अंत में प्रो. अमन गुप्ता ने सभी प्रतिभागियों को धन्यवाद देते हुए कहा कि भविष्य में छात्राएं अपने जीवन में इतिहास रचेंगी, व्यावसायिक विकास के साथ-साथ समाज के लिए भी कुछ करेंगी। तत्पश्चात डॉ. राजेंद्र शर्मा एवं श्रीमती रामेश्वरी सोनकर ने सभी प्रतिभागियों का विशेष रूप से आभार व्यक्त किया।

Management Innovation Competition “Inno Vision 2026” Successfully Organized at RSMT, Varanasi

**Varanasi, 12, April 2026:** The prestigious Management Innovation Competition, *“Inno Vision 2026,”* was successfully organized at Rajarshi School of Management and Technology (RSMT), Varanasi. The event served as a dynamic platform for students to showcase their innovative ideas, strategic thinking, and managerial skills.

The program commenced with a welcome address by **Dr. Aman Gupta**, Incharge, RSMT, Varanasi, who warmly greeted the guests, judges, and participants. In his address, he emphasized the importance of innovation, creativity, and practical learning in shaping future business leaders and encouraged students to think beyond conventional boundaries.

The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation, with teams presenting creative solutions to contemporary business and management challenges. The event aimed to foster innovation, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial spirit among budding professionals.

An esteemed panel of judges evaluated the participants and provided valuable insights. The jury included **Mr. Ashutosh Gupta**, **Dr. Dev Narayan** from the Department of Agriculture, U.P. College, and **Mr. P. N. Singh** from RSMT, Varanasi. Their expert evaluation and constructive feedback greatly enriched the experience for all participants.

The winners of the competition were announced as follows:

* **First Prize:** Ayushi Dubey and Devika Singh (BBA VI Semester)
* **Second Prize:** Kumkum Singh, Khushi Singh, and Aashu Yadav (MBA II Semester)
* **Third Prize:** Sonam Yadav and Shiwali Rai (MBA II Semester)

The event concluded on a high note, with participants gaining practical exposure and motivation to pursue innovative approaches in the field of management.

यू पी कॉलेज परिसर स्थित आर एस एम टी में गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर आयोजित"स्वच्छता खेलोत्सव 2026" के अंतर्गत दूसरे दिन एम बी ए और एम सी ए के छात्रों के बीच 12-12 ओवर का क्रिकेट मैच खेला गया। एम बी ए के खिलाड़ियों ने शानदार प्रदर्शन किया और मैच को पांच विकेट से जीत लिया।
टॉस जीतकर एम बी के कप्तान अभिषेक सिंह ने फिल्डिंग का चुनाव किया। एम सी ए के खिलाड़ियों ने 12 ओवर में 111 रनो का लक्ष्य दिया।
जिसे एम बी ए के खिलाड़ियों ने पांच विकेट शेष रहते जीत हासिल की।
प्लेयर ऑफ द मैच का खिताब एम बी ए के कौस्तुक सिंह ने जीता।
बेस्ट बैटर सौरभ सिंह तथा बेस्ट बॉलर गौरव राय रहे।
एम सी ए के कप्तान अभय यादव ने भी बेहतर खेल दिखाया।
अंपायर की भूमिका में डॉ बृजेश यादव,रतन सिंह एवं डॉ शैलेंद्र तिवारी रहे।
इसके पहले मुख्य अतिथि इंडियन बैंक के ब्रांच मैनेजर विकास कुमार ,विशिष्ट अतिथि डॉ ( मेजर ) अरविंद कुमार सिंह, प्रोफेसर सुबोध सिंह,सतेंद्र बहादुर सिंह ने खिलाड़ियों से परिचय प्राप्त किया। आर एस एम टी के निदेशक प्रोफेसर अमन गुप्ता ने सभी का स्वागत किया। मुख्य अतिथि ने पुरस्कार वितरण किया और खेलो को जीवन का एक अहम हिस्सा बताया ।सफाई कर्मियों को भी सम्मानित किया गया। विशिष्ठ अतिथि के रूप मे डा सुबोध सिंह ने सभी छात्रों को सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए खेलो के महत्व को बताया और संस्था को साफ और प्लास्टिक मुक्त करने का संकल्प लिया गया। डा मेजर अरविंद कुमार सिंह जी ने यू पी कॉलेज के ऐतिहासिक मैदान के बारे में छात्रों को अवगत कराया और खेलो के माध्यम से अनुशासन पर जोर दिया। कैरम के खिलाड़ियों सुधांशु,देवेंद्र,हर्ष,जिया, शिवाली, नैन्सी एवं आयुषी सिंह को भी पुरस्कृत किया गया। सतेन्द्र बहादुर सिंह ने फुटबॉल के खेल का उदाहरण देते हुए। जीवन में एक दूसरे का सहयोग करते हुए अपने टारगेट को हासिल करने को कहा।
संयोजक के रूप में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मास्टर्स एथलीट अनुराग सिंह ने
स्वच्छता खेलोत्सव का उद्देश्य बताते हुए सभी अतिथियों, खिलाड़ियों एवं खेल प्रेमियों सहित सफाई कर्मचारियों का धन्यवाद ज्ञापन किया ।
इस अवसर पर सभी शिक्षक और शिक्षतेतर कर्मचारी और भारी संख्या में खेल प्रेमी मौजूद रहे।

One-Week Soft Skill Development Training for BBA Final Year Students Begins at RSMT
