We see skill and talent everywhere around us, and yet many are unemployed, because not every person is privileged enough to get a chance to showcase their talent. To make a global brand out of local groups of women and men and to work towards giving more people employment. We are starting with our first project which aims to completely ban plastic bags and promote the use of eco-friendly fabric ba
gs. Our designers at winskills will be coming up with a variety of trendy bags for daily use as well as some designer collections. Initially, we'd only have a couple of groups, that will be working on manufacturing fabric bags designed by us, but the whole idea of this startup is to not be specific to just bags and appeal to maximum people who have skills and can manufacture any variety of products but need employment, but also include all the housewives who want to become financially independent but cannot go out to work. Winskills is about giving all such disadvantaged people a continued source of income, help their skills get global acknowledgement and work towards human empowerment, eventually achieving the ultimate goal of spreading smiles.
