Smart and Promising Investment:
At the present, Indians of any region wanted to invest their hard earned money for a better future and financial securities for their siblings and self.
In such condition which is the smartest and promising return of investment is the valuable question that needs an assuring answer.
Before we find the right answer let us see where all the hard earned money of common people are attracted and being invested for lose or meager return.
Investing on Gold?
You loose 30% of your money while investing on ornamental gold or any other precious metals itself, while you sell it you will loose further around 20% for wastages, value for old gold and the for the other materials. they use wax, arrack or copper with the gold to strengthen the ornaments
and copper with silver
and they sell you all the whole for the price of gold, so when you sell them they'll reduce the weight of those cheap metals used with the gold at the price of current gold rate.
so you already lost almost 50% of what you paid for these precious metals and the price hike might be hardly 10% so you will get around 55 or 60% of what you paid to invest your money on these metals, for example you invested Rs. 100000 you might get 60000 or 70000 at the maximum so investing on ornamental gold or any other metal is just a wastage and you'll be a loser
But buying Gold coins and Gold biscuits will pay you sure return if what you paid plus the price difference, if it is positive side you'll gain that difference but if the price variation is on the negative side you'll loose for sure. majority of people Indians choose ornaments and not the solid gold biscuits or coins.
And the security of protecting these metals are at high stake,
Investing on Share market?
The profit is absolutely uncertain,
its like a gambling, people who are in share market can never promise or assure the profit your luck and market assessment only could help you and that too is uncertain.
Investing in the bonds, mutual funds and deposits might help you but the return would be little and the current situation of the banks in India isn't promising, once the banks are the only reliable source of security and profit of anybody's money, but it very uncertain as the nonrefundable debts with the bank of industrialists are in multi billions, so you won't know which bank will announce bankrupt
likewise you can check any investment and can never guarantee a sure profit.
Whereas investing on Residential land promises sure profit without a single doubt, whatever may be the condition you surely will get at least 100 Rupees higher per sqft on selling it,
you don't need to worry about the safety of the property, nothing can bankrupt the price, and it will be an immovable asset for you to the generations even.
If you purchased the fully Govt approved residential plots which locates at the nearest adjacent to city center, hospitals, schools etc then you will be the wisest investor who can either sell it on higher profit or can build your dream homes for your generations
So my suggestion is to invest on the residential land would be the best investment, if anyone wanted to invest their money wisely on the residential lands, then you can contact me for a better suggestions.
