"why should i share my experience with you?" If you got this doubt in your mind exactly you are on right track.i want all of you to have this question in your mind 'why'.because with out any question there is no answer similarly i do have a lot of questions in my mind when i have joined in sales field as executive i,e what it want to be ,how i want to be.but there is lot of confusion from that confusion i started to think of for the right solutions to be what i want to be.THEN i realized that i want to grow up to the higher positions in this profession but how the i started envision of my self then i realized that where i am going wrong i have to know first .Believe me when i started o identify where I am wrong "ONE DAY I GOT A FLASH IN MY MIND",that i am going wrong way BECAUSE I FAILED TO RECOGNIZE"the "GREATEST GIFTS"which i have in my self to give me a SUCCESSFUL LIFE,then started concentrating on my GREATEST STRENGTHS.then i realized what are my strengths.i got the the answer,my strengths are MY CONFIDENCE,COMMUNICATION,PERSONALITY,MY ATTITUDE,BELIEVING IN MY SELF,when i came to know these are my strengths which give me a great life then i started working on my strengths instead of worrying of my weakness from that day still i am developing my strengths,when i started believing in my self i worked very hard to have a great position which i am dreaming for in this journey i have experienced many failures but i never give up my vision and my goal after working for 15 years in marketing at different managerial levels again i want to develop my self in other profession where my experience can help the candidates to get success in their life.then i want to work as a HR MANAGER AND COMMUNICATION TRAINER AND MOTIVATOR TO MY EMPLOYEES.Then i have joined as H.R MANAGER in SOFTWARE COMPANY AT VIJAYAWADA. HAVING MBA HR,qualification from GEETHAM UNIVERSITY VISAKHAPATNAM and my experience in marketing field at different managerial levels helped me to help the up coming people how to design their goals how to achieve them,and how to communicate at corporate level how to handle a client or customer how to convince the other person all these skills i am training them because i HAVE ATTENDED FOR THESE TRAINING CLASSES TO DEVELOP MY SKILLS AT VARIOUS PLACES LIKE MUMBAI,AHMEDABED,HYDERABAD,and i have taken training in all these aspects which are helping me to develop the people it is a great satisfaction to give these skills to the others to develop for themselves i want to expose mainly in vijayawada where education is very strong but these skills are not available and people also not realising about these important things these are life making skills with out these we are half a way in our lifes journey.so i hope people who want ot develop them self and also for the people who want to grow very fast in their profession like marketting and sales they need a lot of skills so people whoare interested to learn more and develop be free to cntact me at any time.
