Successfully concluded a 3-month Managerial Essentials & Leadership Skills Coaching Intervention.
The journey began with a 2-day leadership workshop, followed by:
โข Weekly accountability check-ins
โข Fortnightly reflections
โข Monthly application reviews
โข Continuous mentoring and leadership discussions
The focus was simple โ learning must translate into real leadership behaviour and workplace impact.
During the final review, participants presented how they applied the learning in their functions. 360ยฐ feedback from peers and N-1 managers clearly showed visible changes in ownership, communication, and leadership maturity.
The Country HR Head, Operations Head, and Site Director appreciated the transformation and the structured coaching approach.
One of the participants was even invited to present her learning application to the Country Leadership and Global Teams.
Discussions are now underway to extend this initiative to other locations and leadership groups.
For me, the icing on the cake was the felicitation by the cohort and the Site Director at the end of the program.
A proud milestone in my leadership coaching journey.
