Speaking for 2 minutes.

The common problem here is knowing how to speak for 2 minutes. It’s important that you do to avoid being penalised for lack of fluency. The solution comes in two parts. The first part is learning how to use your one minute preparation time well.

Typically the best thing to do in your preparation time is not to try and think of words - something a lot of candidates do - but rather concentrate on ideas. The problem with trying to think of words is that you probably won’t find many in one minute and the ones you do find may not be that helpful. Ideas are better just because they give you more to talk about.

B.C. announces new Regional Pilot program for immigrant entrepreneurs
Pilot aims to spread the benefits of entrepreneur immigration to B.C.'s smaller communities

British Columbia is opening a new immigration pilot program to attract foreign entrepreneurs to smaller communities around the province.

Known as the Entrepreneur Immigration — Regional Pilot, the two-year program is set to launch in early 2019. The pilot will see the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) work in partnership with regional communities of less than 75,000 people to welcome approved immigrant entrepreneurs who want to open a new business.
Among other eligibility criteria, candidates must:

conduct an exploratory community visit;
have a minimum of $100,000 in eligible business investments;
have a minimum personal net worth of $300,000;
have 3+ years of experience as an active business owner-manager or 4+ years as a senior manager within the last 5 years;
take on a minimum of 51 per cent ownership;
create a minimum of one new job for a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada.

Pan-India database on crime and criminals CCTNS has started facilitating online services such as police verification for issuance of passport, hiring of driver, tenant and domestic help besides registration of complaints of car theft and others. Deputy Director in the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) Prashun Gupta said the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems (CCTNS) is facilitating pan-India search on complete national crime and criminal database that is accessible to the investigating officers throughout the country.
The CCTNS, which was conceptualised in 2009 by the then Home Minister P Chidambaram in the wake of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, has been implemented in 14,710 police stations and 6,000 higher offices in the country.
Referring to the police verification process for passports, the NCRB official said two states — Andhra Pradesh and Telangana — have started a unique initiative based on the CCNTNS where policeman while visiting an applicant, clicks a selfie with him or her with geo-tag (latitude and longitude) and sends it to the passport authorities for faster clearance of travel document.
