تواصلت فعاليات اليوم الثاني من ورشة العمل الموسومة «تعزيز معايير الجودة في تقديم خدمات الهجرة النظامية»، والتي شهدت إقامة حلقة نقاشية بمشاركة الاستاذ هشام خالد عباس المدير المفرض لشركة بيت الحكمة للتدريب والاستشارات (BHTC) ضمن برنامج الورشة المقامة في مدينة الموصل لمدة يومين وأقيمت الورشة بالتعاون بين المنظمة الدولية للهجرة (IOM) ووزارة الهجرة والمهجرين، ضمن مشروع الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ)، الهادف إلى تعزيز الهجرة الآمنة والمنظمة بين العراق والدول المستقبلة للعراقيين العائدين من الخارج وتناولت الورشة مجموعة من المحاور المهمة التي ركزت على تعزيز جودة خدمات الهجرة وتطوير آليات العمل وتبادل الخبرات وتعزيز التنسيق بين الجهات المعنية بما يسهم في بناء منظومة هجرة أكثر تنظيمًا وكفاءة وشفافية، وتحسين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين.
The second day of the workshop titled “Enhancing Quality Standards in the Provision of Regular Migration Services” continued with a panel discussion featuring Mr. Hisham Khalid Abbas, Managing Director of Bayt Al-Hikma Training and Consulting Company (BHTC). This session was part of the two-day workshop held in Mosul, organized in cooperation between the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the Ministry of Migration and Displacement, within the framework of a project by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ). The project aims to promote safe and orderly migration between Iraq and countries receiving Iraqis returning from abroad. The workshop addressed a range of important topics focusing on enhancing the quality of migration services, developing operational mechanisms, exchanging expertise, and strengthening coordination among relevant stakeholders. This contributes to building a more organized, efficient, and transparent migration system and improving the level of services provided to beneficiaries.
