We are Hiring a site engineer to be one of our team with the below requirements:
Accountabilities:
- Manage project portfolio, from concept to completion.
- Arrange and lead project team.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders such as users, customers to fully benefit from the delivered products, services and change.
- Align expectations and ensure that the decision-making of stakeholders happen in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure that the business value intended by the work is explicit, agreed and delivered.
What we need from you
- Experience of design and delivery activities related to Network Connectivity, cabinet Assembly, Audio Video (AV)/collaboration, CCTV, End User (Desktop), and voice systems.
- Ability to work to/within non-negotiable delivery schedules.
- Experience in defining and implementing HSSE plans for high-risk physical works on site.
- Demonstrated ability for risk planning and management.
- Demonstrated attention to quality practices and ensuring timely close out and safe delivery of the project schedule.
- Multi-tasker with ability to successfully manage numerous projects and tasks concurrently.
- Strong ability to influence IT and non-IT stakeholders towards solutions.
- Solution-oriented with strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence.
Domain Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of IT cabling standards and best practices.
• Operate effectively with minimal supervision, with the ability to handle concurrent tasks in a pro-active manner.
• You demonstrate a ‘Can-do’ mentality, paired with high responsiveness and excellent trouble shooting skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively & influence others in a cross-functional, multi-application, multi-service providers environment
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes: Call, Incident, Problem, Change, SLA Management. Able to educate others as well.
• Strong stakeholder management, good customer-facing, works effectively and communicates well with all levels in the organization (IT and Business).
• Strong problem analysis and trouble-shooting skills.
• Minimum 4 years of corporate IT experience.
Special Challenges:
• To work under tasks pressure.
• Work in Oil and GAS sites.
• Have driver license
• None smoking.
• On call support or working outside office hours might be occasionally required.
Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate engineer BSc Computer or Communication.
- Minimum have CCNA certificate.
- ITIL foundation.
- Good practice to work on AUTOCAD and OFFICE software’s.
- Knowledge of IT cabling standards and best practices
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience in IT projects.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Potential to become an effective team leader.
- Proven track record in delivering as promised
- Strong communication skills and proven stakeholder management on all levels.
- Willing to contribute to improvement journey of the team.
