تشرفت اليوم بلقاء الأستاذ حردان الحنظل المدير التنفيذي لشركة مدن للتطوير العقاري مع استشاريو الشركة المهندس الاستشاري قصي العاني والمهندس الاستشاري هشام السامرائي.
واستهل الحديث الأستاذ حردان الحنظل بأسمى عبارات الترحيب وبكل ما تحمله الصفات العربية الاصيلة من استقبال وترحيب، والثناء بكل ما تحمله من معاني الكرم والعطاء .. وهو من قال فيه دعبل الخزاعي:

هُوَ البَحرُ مِن أَيِّ النَواحي أَتَيتَهُ فَلُجَّتُهُ المَعروفُ وَالجودُ ساحِلُه
تعود بسط الكف حتى لو أنه أراد انقباضا لم تعطه أنامله
كَريمٌ إِذا ما جِئتَ لِلخَيرِ طالِباًّ حَباكَ بِما تَحوي عَلَيهِ أَنامِلُه
وَلَو لَم تَكُن في كَفِّهِ غَيرُ نَفسِهِ لَجادَ بِها فَليَتَّقِ اللَهَ سائِلُه

وقد أشار الى جملة أمور منها:
1. ان الجميع هم شركاء في النجاح المتميز الذي تحقق في مشروع بروج السكني.
2. ان المسؤولية الان مضاعفة على الجميع للمحافظة على هذا النجاح وتعزيزه والارتقاء بمستوى التنفيذ للحصول على اعلى المواصفات الفنية لفقرات المشروع.
3. استنفار الجهود والقدرات العلمية والفنية لإتمام المشروع وفق المعايير الدولية ليكون المشروع الأول إقليميا وعالميا في تكامل منشاءته وخدماته.

قام (مكتب همّام للتصاميم والاستشارات الهندسية) باعداد التصاميم الانشائية الخاصة لبناية مؤلفة من طابق ارضي و خمسة طوابق وبيتونه لصالح شركة ركن الشرق الهندسية في بغداد...والعمل في مراحلة النهائية الان.
نفذت العمل (شركة ركن الشرق الهندسية) بموجب التصاميم الانشائية وفق اعلى معايير الجودة من حيث دقة التنفيذ بموجب المخططات وفحص جميع المواد الداخلة في العمل.
In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful
(Hammam Office for Engineering Designs and Consultations) prepared the structural design for a commercial building consisting of a ground , five floors, and a bungalow for the Rokn Al-Sharq Engineering Company in Baghdad...and the work is in its afinal stages now.
The work was carried out by (Rukn Al Sharq Engineering Company) according to the structural designs according to the highest quality standards in terms of accuracy of implementation according to the plans and tests of all materials involved in the work.

The executing company (Rokn Al Sharq Engineering Company) carries out the work according to the construction designs with highest quality standards in terms of the presence of a professional engineering staff that follows up and checks all the details of the work and by conducting checks on all materials involved in the work and accuracy in implementing all the work.
