Smithson is looking for three Environmental Engineers/Trainers in Karbala and Diwaniyah. The incumbent will work 8 hours a day for one week, and a minimum of 2 years of experience is required in training.

Responsibilities
• Evaluation of the results of training sessions
• Maintain an updated and accurate record of the trainee's progress and achievements.
• Ensure efficient use of enterprise resources.
• Communicating the correct information and dealing with the trainees' various questions
• Provide good examples by demonstrating the skills being taught
• Ensuring the understanding of the trainees and their progress and making the necessary adjustments to the program
• Organizing the dates of the training sessions to reduce the interruption of the regular work of the trainees
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of training experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field;
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability;
• Fluency in Arabic is required, and knowledge of the English Language is a plus.

Smithson is looking for Trainers in Diwaniyah Governorate to deliver Business Management training; the incumbent will work 8 hours a day for 10 days. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.

• Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
