we Have contracts with Sulaymaniyah governor to convert all bakery shops in Sulaymaniyah and surrounding (550bakary) convert them from petrol into LPG. and provide them LPG and services for 10 years, our vision is to expand to other cities. to Support ppl to use LPG as friend environment. New ZAKHO Master plan Design( Present ) : our company is part of new design agreement with Vogue Investors for General Trading, Investment and Engineering Consultancy Company Ltd for of Master plan of new : Zakho Development Masterplan of new city of Zakho by designing infrastructure of gas system for 2700 HA . The main scope of work Key Objective: -The utility study and design of these systems for large areas play a critical role in any master plan project. As part of the study process, investigations and data collection are conducted to prevent extreme problems and ensure the effective design and implementation of utility infrastructure. These efforts provide essential insights into existing problems and weaknesses, enabling this group of multiple professions under one package (Infrastructure-utilities-Gas network) to proactively address them and find suitable solutions. With the expertise of an expert scientific utilities team, the master plan process will focus on various fields, including general transportation and road works, that will be interrelated with the overall study, examination, gathering of necessary data, observations, design, and implementation of the utilities work. (This analysis should be submitted before the land use proposition as the main existing situation analysis) -Utility section elements are often determined by planning corridor widths, frontage facility access requirements, parking requirements, and road category. The type of cross-section to be used is also influenced by servicing requirements. The proposed utility cross sections for any master plan project are developed based on typical service reservation road corridors (based on the Road R.O.W. reservation) and used as a base for the allocation of corridor widths and the positioning of the various utility lines.
-Gas Network: The major purpose of a gas network concept design is to determine the feasibility of implementing the network in a specific area, to identify feasible routes, and to estimate scale and capacity requirements. It seeks regulatory compliance and stakeholder support while offering an estimate of costs. The detailed design, on the other hand, has the primary goal of providing particular technical requirements for the gas network, such as materials, pipe sizes, safety measures, and conformity with industry standards. It entails hydraulic analysis, construction planning, and quality control to provide a safe, dependable, and wellengineered gas distribution system that effectively satisfies consumer expectations. -Conceptual study: indicates all the gas utility network layouts based on main levels of the topographic map and that should be represented by: - planning clues: The primary goals of a study on gas network concept design will be to assess the feasibility and viability of creating a gas distribution system in a certain location. The report will include a thorough examination of the proposed gas network, including potential routes, capacity needs, and estimated costs. It will evaluate the technical, economic, environmental, and regulatory aspects of the gas network to decide whether it is feasible and fit for implementation and will be clarified as follows: 1-Regulatory compliance and permits that focus on clarifying all necessary regulations and rules from local authorities for planning, designing, and service providing of the gas network. 2-Feasibility study and demand analysis through assessing the viability of the gas network in the proposed area and analyzing the projected demand for gas in that area to determine the required capacity and size of the network. Identify potential routes for the gas pipeline network, considering factors such as population density, existing infrastructure, environmental impact, and cost-effectiveness. 3-Study the proper and safe route selection by performing site surveys and geological investigations to assess the terrain and soil conditions along the proposed routes and conduct safety and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks associated with the gas network.
