1 - Androctonus crassicauda
It is date brown to black in color and the tail bits have a large thickness. The size of the best in the adult state reaches to 10 cm.
2 - Odontobuthus doriae
Measures 7-8.5 cm long in length and varies in color from yellow to yellow dorsally. It is easily recognized by the very dentate structures on the ventral of the tail.
3 -Hottentotta saulceyi
Length of 7–9 cm; the smallest species are 3 cm long, while the largest species reach 10–13 cm. They belong to the most colorful species of scorpions. The base color ranges from bright yellow to black, with most species colored in brown or reddish tones. Coloration may be considerable variable between individuals of the same species or among regional
populations.
4 - Hottentotta jayakari
Adult Length: 5 cm
Carapace and tergites are usually orange or brown, eyes surrounded with black. Tergites often have a slightly paler yellowish brown median stripe. Metasomal segments I to III are orange yellow to orange brown, with segments IV and V often darker. Telson vesicle is orange yellow to orange brown and aculeus is usually more reddish or reddish orange. Pedipalp femur is orange yellow, patella and chela with reddish brown dusky pigment. Legs are yellow to orange yellow or sometimes greenish yellow
without markings.
5 - Mesobuthus eupeus
Size of 4 to 5 cm. The entire body is yellow to yellowish brown. The dorsal segments (tergites) of the mesosoma often have longitudinal irregular stripes that are black to dark brown. They exhibit sexual dimorphism, the adult females
being generally larger than males but have a lower number of pectinal teeth (16 to 23, as opposed to 22 to 28 in males). The pedipalps have a maximum of ten diagonal rows of granules on the fixed finger and eleven on the movable finger. The pedipalp chelae (pincers) are wider than the patella (segment IV). Thesegments of the metasoma are thick and have eight keels (octocarinate). The telson is subglobose with a flat
dorsal surface.
6 - Hottentotta schach
Total length 10–13 cm. Trichobothrium on the fixed finger of pedipalp situated between trichobothria and est Male with slightly longer and narrower metasomal and pedipalp segments, width of pedipalp chela same in both sexes. Pectinal teeth number 33–35 in males, 26–29 in females. Nearly entire body hirsute, pedipalps, dorsal surface of mesosoma, legs, lateral and ventral surfaces of metasomal segments, and vesicle densely hirsute. The hairs on patella of pedipalps are long. Color yellowish green except black patella and chela of pedipalps, anterior part of carapace, telson and fourth and fifth metasomal segments.
