La danza del dolcetto.
L’uva dolcetto è estremamente delicata. Patisce il freddo e adora il caldo. In alcune annate, il solo fatto di toccare un grappolo portata al distacco degli acini.
Questa vendemmia 2026 ci ha invece regalato dei grappoli che “danzano”, perfetti, compatti e sodi, splendidi 🍇

The Dance of Dolcetto.
Dolcetto grapes are extremely delicate. They suffer from the cold and thrive in the heat. In some vintages, simply touching a bunch can cause the berries to fall away from the stem.
But this 2026 harvest has gifted us bunches that seem to “dance”: perfect, compact, firm and simply beautiful. 🍇

Violetta, frutti rossi maturi, erbe selvatiche e albicocca introducono un palato sapido e raffinato, con ciliegia Morello, composta di fragole, una nota di pastry shell e pepe bianco. La brillante acidità accompagna il vino verso un finale salino e piacevolmente persistente.

Violet, ripe red berries, wild herbs and apricot lead to a savory, polished palate of Morello cherry, strawberry compote, a hint of pastry shell and white pepper. Bright acidity carries the wine through to a tangy, saline finish.

Un grazie speciale a O’Keefe per aver colto così bene l’identità de Il Sarto. Il nostro Langhe Nebbiolo 2024 ha ricevuto 93/100, un risultato che condividiamo con grande soddisfazione.

Ciliegia rossa, cranberry, rosa e pepe bianco caratterizzano il profilo aromatico. Al palato ritornano le stesse note, accompagnate da arancia amara e anice stellato, su una trama vibrante ed elegante e tannini agili e raffinati.

A special thank you to O’Keefe for capturing the character of Il Sarto so beautifully. Our 2024 Langhe Nebbiolo received 93/100, a result we are delighted to share.

Red cherry, cranberry, rose and white pepper lead to a vibrant, elegant palate, enriched by bitter orange and star anise. Lithe, polished tannins provide graceful support.

Grazie a O’Keeffe per aver raccontato e apprezzato il nostro Barolo San Lorenzo di Verduno 2022, premiato con 94/100.

Rabarbaro, lavanda, mentolo e spezie al naso. Un palato pieno ed elegante, con lampone, prugna, kirsch e chiodi di garofano, ravvivato da una nota di arancia amara. Tannini tesi e gessosi ne sostengono la struttura.

Rhubarb, lavender, menthol and spice on the nose. A full-bodied, elegant palate with raspberry, prune, kirsch and ground clove, lifted by bitter orange. Taut, chalky tannins provide structure.
