I’m incredibly proud and excited to share that I’ve started a new chapter with EFOR Group as Country Director for EFOR Italy.
This is more than a new role — it’s a challenge, a responsibility, and an opportunity to build something impactful together.

Efor represents ambition, innovation, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and I’m fully committed to turning vision into concrete results.

I’m especially motivated to work side by side with Vincent and Margaux. Teamwork, trust, and shared ambition will be at the heart of everything we do.

Together, we will strengthen EFOR’s presence in Italy, empower talents, and create sustainable growth driven by people, values, and performance.

So, as the year comes to a close, it feels like the right moment to pause, reflect, and say thank you.

After few meaningful years at PQE Group, it’s time for me to close this chapter.

What I’ll remember most are the people: colleagues who became partners — and some who became true friends.
Thank you for the trust, the teamwork, and the many moments that made this journey worthwhile.

This post is not about what is next, yet.

It is about gratitude.
For the people.
For the partnerships.
For the lessons, challenges, and memories that I will take with me.

For now I am signing off for the holidays, and to recharge for January.

Until then, I wish you all a wonderful holiday season and a strong start to the new year.
I leave with gratitude for all that we shared.

Tra una buca, una risata e qualche rilancio “vado, vado… aggiudicato!”, abbiamo raccolto fondi per la pediatria di Savona, grazie anche a splendidi pezzi di ceramica di artisti locali e internazionali.
